This smokey spice blend combines traditional savory ingredients with a warming hint of cumin to accent and enhance the flavor of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken, while being versatile enough to ad to soups, sauces, and veggies!
Offering smokey undertones and a finely ground consistency, this blend is a favorite to finish products straight out of the fryer. Take your tater tots, French fries, onion rings, or fried okra to a whole new level with this spice. Due to its fine consistency, it also fares well when incorporated into items like whipped butter or sprinkled on popcorn and snack blends
This straight forward and traditional cornmeal and flour dry batter keeps it simple while adding a hint of smoke flavor to any deep fried item. We keep this one lightly salted for serving right out of the fryer or with just a dash of salt or your favorite finishing spice.

The signature blend is our “Piece de Resistance” ALL INGREDIENTS ARE SMOKED – Goes great on all meats, poultry, and fish. Colloquially known as the “TOT BLEND” this blend brings home the true flavor “CRUNCH” of Tator tots, fries, and chips! So good, you will call your momma and say, “Seriously”? Yum.
Perfect as a finishing salt, adds a depth of flavor, some call rustic or roasty. Truly brings a depth of flavor, when you’re not able to fire up the grill. Other than desert, save for a Smokey Salted Caramel, I can’t think of any food item, other than a salt plank, this wouldn’t add flavor to. Beef, Fish, Pork, Poultry & VEGAN!
Rub it directly on to fish, chicken, steak, or mix into your blend/sauce. Our Smoked Black Pepper brings a flavor profile, which most have never experienced. Add it to cheese sauces for delicious creations.
